How do I add videos to my library?
VideoBookcasePlus automatically scans your device's photo library for videos. Simply tap the refresh button to update your library with any new videos. You can also import videos from Files app by tapping the "+" button.
What video formats are supported?
VideoBookcasePlus supports all video formats that iOS can play natively, including MP4, MOV, M4V, and HEVC. Most common video formats will work seamlessly with the app.
How do I organize my videos into categories?
To create custom categories, go to Settings > Categories and tap "Add Category". You can then long-press on any video thumbnail to assign it to one or more categories. Drag and drop is also supported for quick organization.
Can I sync my library across devices?
Yes! Enable iCloud Sync in Settings to keep your library organization, categories, and preferences synced across all your iOS devices signed into the same iCloud account. Note that video files themselves sync through your iCloud Photo Library.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings > Restore Purchases and tap the restore button. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your purchase will be restored automatically.
Why are some videos not showing in my library?
Make sure you've granted VideoBookcasePlus access to your photo library in Settings > Privacy > Photos. If videos are still missing, try pulling down on the library view to refresh. Videos stored only in iCloud may need to be downloaded first.
